Our parts are draft-fit prototypes printed in PLA Tough+ (Gray) only.
Intended for fit, clearance, and general prototyping — not cosmetic finish or production strength.
Not for life-safety, medical, food contact, vehicles/aviation, or mains-powered electrical use.
PLA softens around ~60 °C; not suitable for hot cars, outdoor/UV exposure, or solvents.
Typical tolerances: ±0.3 mm (XY), ±0.4–0.6 mm (Z). Visible layer lines and light support marks are expected.
Thin features (<1.0 mm walls/pins) are “best-effort” only.

We don’t print weapons or weapon parts (including receivers, frames, suppressors, conversion devices), illegal items, or designs that infringe IP or law.
We may refuse or cancel a job at our discretion.

We email a written quote with scope, price, and ETA. Printing starts only after your email approval.
If files or settings change after approval, we’ll requote.
If we make a mistake, we reprint at no charge. Otherwise, changes or new scope are quoted.

Local delivery: Free within 5 miles for orders ≥ $65; otherwise $8.
Beyond 5 miles: $1.25 per mile (one-way), up to 25 miles. Over 25 miles → shipping.
Shipping: Packaging $3 + carrier at cost; tracking provided. Signature required over $100.
If delivery/ship is delayed on your side, we can hold finished parts 14 days free, then $2/day or ship at cost.
No on-site pickups (home-based shop).

We will invoice after you approve the quote (details provided by email). A deposit may be required for larger jobs.

Sales tax may apply to delivered/shipped goods where required; shown on your quote if applicable.

You warrant you own or have rights to the files you submit and that they comply with applicable laws/export controls.
You grant us a limited license to manufacture the parts you request.
We treat client files as confidential and do not reuse or share models.
Data retention: we delete project files within 90 days of order completion (earlier on request).

Work is provided “as-is” for prototyping; no implied warranties of merchantability/fitness.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable work.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your designs, instructions, or use of the parts.

Service is intended for U.S. customers. We do not accept ITAR/EAR-controlled designs or work for sanctioned parties.

We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g., machine failure, outages, carrier delays, extreme weather).
