Includes: Basic CAD clean‑up (if needed), initial print + 1 reprint for minor tweaks, STL/3MF export, PLA Tough+ (Gray) print.

Options (on request): High-detail (+30%), extra walls (+$5/+$10), higher infill (+$10/+ $20), support-heavy (+$10). 

What we need: STL/3MF (or STEP), largest dimension, critical holes/ports, any keep-outs.

Material Note: Not certified (no UL94, no CE). For bench prototyping only; keep away from mains voltages. Draft-fit prototypes; not for life-safety, medical, food contact, or mains power 

Material & Specs (summary): Bambu PLA Tough+; nozzle 220–250 °C; bed 35–65 °C; HDT ≈61 °C @ 0.45 MPa.

What we mean by draft‑fit: A fast, functional prototype to check external dimensions, connector alignment, mounting holes, and clearances—not cosmetic finish or final‑strength parts. Defaults: 0.20 mm layers, 2 walls (3–4 on request), 10–15% infill, supports only where necessary; visible layer lines expected. Typical tolerance ~±0.3 mm (XY) and ±0.4–0.6 mm (Z).

FAQ:

• Will the lid snap perfectly? Draft‑fit prints aim for fit checks; snap‑fits are approximate until we tune a high‑fit pass.

• Color choices? Gray in stock. Other PLA colors by special order or client‑supplied (1.75 mm), lead time applies.
